This service commonly referred to as CDARs is also with the Promontory Interfinancial Network. It is similar to our ICS service, however, the deposits are placed in Certificates of Deposits with any of the 3,000 member banks in the Promontory Network. The CD’s are in increments that allow for full FDIC insurance coverage for varying terms of 4 months to 5 years. Again, customers enjoy the convenience of being fully insured, having to establish only one relationship and receiving competitive rates.
